What is EDP and how does it affect you? EDP stands for the University of Arkansas’ Employee Development Program, housed in Human Resources. It’s professional development on a number of levels, it’s diversity training, soft skills development, fine-tuning technology skills, life skills acquisition, management and leadership development and more! The Employee Development Program (EDP) is committed to improving employees’ work lives, departmental effectiveness, and institutional productivity and success by providing resources, facilitation, and training.
